Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive the order. US Mail is our preferred shipping method, but UPS and Fedex are also used for certain items. However, electronic items such as motors and controllers will carry a manufacturers warranty. Sensitive electronic items are non-returnable. Be aware that cancelled orders in back-order status will be fully refunded minus the non-refundable 3.5% PayPal processing fee. If you place an order and choose to cancel at anytime, no problem. With the exception of lift kits, if an item is marked "OUT OF STOCK" it is because of a long term back-order that we do not currently have an ETA for.
